Instructions for completing the Advertising Agreement

  1. Download the Advertising Agreement;
  2. Complete all fields in PART 1;
  3. Complete all fields in PART 2 as agreed with our sales team. If the agreed option is not available, leave blank. This will be complete by our office team and a copy will be sent to you;
  4. Print the Advertising Agreement (the print button is on the top left corner);
  5. Sign and date the Agreement;
  6. Sign and date the Guarantee on the back of the form; and
  7. Post the Agreement and the Direct Debit Form to Communicate Media.


Payment terms

You can download, complete and print our Direct Debit Form in PDF format.

Instructions for completing the Direct Debit Form

  1. Download the Direct Debit Form;
  2. Complete banks account details, including account name and number;
  3. Complete bank branch details;
  4. Complete information you would like to appear on your bank statement;
  5. Print the Direct Debit Form Agreement (the print button is on the top right corner);
  6. Sign and date the form; and
  7. Post the Direct Debit Form and Agreement to Communicate Media.


Cancelation Policy

In conjunction with the Renewal period, Communicate Media requires two months written notice of cancellation prior to the end of the Initial display period.
